We have developed detailed delivery and best practice models for all our service offerings. When we engage our customers, we suggest the
engagement model that would work based on our delivery model and past experience.
We always work with our customers. At the same time, we do not hesitate to tell our customers that “this may not work”.

Our Engagement Models
We offer 3 different engagement models for out customers in both SMB and large business segments. Based on their current state, we work
with our customers in taking our relationship through a maturity model that is mutually beneficial and creates a strong foundation for long
lasting relationships.
Knowledge Management
- We don’t make our customers pay us to learn and re-learn about them
- We have a robust and rigorously followed knowledge management process
- We follow training and induction programs on all our projects which ensures productivity from day 1
- All our projects develop complete documentation. Our proposals include cost of documentation and we don’t charge extra
- We document, update and transfer knowledge to our customer.
- We don’t believe in locking the customers by undocumented/unethical tactics.
